we are all very complex beings, with many different sides and dimensions. unfortunately, many of us attempt to hide parts of ourselves, not only from others but also from ourselves. this hiding takes enormous amount of energy and attention and makes it difficult to understand one another. much confusion and hypocrisy arise from this effort to hide.
